RUOK2DAY was created for the ones who were told to “tough it out,” for the ones healing in silence, and for the ones learning to ask—“Are you OK today?”

 

 

We are a mental health apparel brand rooted in truth, love, and resistance. Born from lived experience and the need for real community care, RUOK2DAY turns clothing into conversation and advocacy into everyday action. Our pieces are made to challenge stigma, uplift marginalized voices, and make mental health visible.
