Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks are not accepted and disputed as customers are expected to read the description and agree to the terms before all purchases.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to covid and potential hazards we do not offer returns or exchanges. However we are always willing to address customer concerns if an error is made on our end to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lost/Undelivered Orders

We are not responsible for orders lost in transit due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double check your address to ensure it is correct.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our inventory (excluding select items) runs on a pre-order basis in order to reduce our carbon footprint, lower costs, and prevent waste through overproduction. Fulfillment time is 3-5 days. You can expect your order to be delivered within 5 - 8 business days after fulfillment, with potential of up to 10 business days depending on order volume and availability.
